  1. There has been a few cases of stop line violation against me for which I have been fined Rs.100 each time. The problem is that when I am clrossing a signal which is green, quite often pedestrians start crossing in front of my car ignoring that my car has the signal to move. I am bound to stop then and there and in the mean time the signal changes over to red catching me stopping at a point beyond the stop line. This is highly objectionable since the traffic guards fail to prevent unauthorized crossing by pedestrians stopping cars from crossing over even when he has the right of way and thus forcing him to be booked for an offence. Requesting for better traffic management.
